I use an indicator that identifies oversold stocks and it flashes very rarely. Stocks need to be in longterm uptrend and due to some reasons reached extreme oversold conditions where investors usually step in. Use stops below recent low in case it goes lower. If I buy these stocks I intend to hold them for weeks or months, this indicator should not be used for short term trading.

Visa – V – historically very reliable buy signal whenever Visa gets so oversold. Mastercard already moved higher, so Visa may play catch up.
Taiwan Semiconductor – TSM – been a laggard in Semis world. One must know that TSM is one of the most important manufacturers of silicon dies.
Moderna – MRNA; Vaccine company, had a huge run and 58 % pullback; maybe it’s move lower is not finished yet.
Zoom – ZM; Work from home darling, time to move higher?
Twilio – TWLO; Cloud software company.
Square – SQ; Payment company, difficult to trade.
